The Auxiliary was formally organized by twenty (20) spouses of members of The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Georgia (EANGGA)on 24 April 1976 at the Omni International Hotel, Atlanta, Georgia. The Auxiliary of The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Georgia (AEANGGA) was chartered into The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of the United States (EANGUS) Auxiliary on 01 August 1976.

The purpose of this organization shall be to assist The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Georgia in the promotion and preservation of the National Guard. Its further aim is to serve as an educational and social organization for its members, assist in any way possible during times of state and/or national emergencies, and to perform such civil projects as decided upon by the membership.

WHAT THE AUXILIARY DOES FOR EANGGA

The Auxiliary supports and promotes the ideas and objectives of The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Georgia. The Auxiliary provides support of Legislative efforts for the improvement and retention of benefits for members of EANGGA and performs many other tasks for the betterment of the organization.
